The actual terms, in language you can get through
These are the terms for using SUVRON Money: what we do, what we don’t, what we expect from you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Effective October 17, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Shantilekh Global Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“SUVRON Money”, “we”, “us”), Office No. 1418, Tower A, Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, the company that builds and runs the SUVRON Money app and the website suvron.in (together, the “Platform”). Together with our privacy policy, they govern your use of the Platform and our services.
These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They don’t need a physical or digital signature. By creating an account, applying for a loan, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.
Our lending partner
- Name: Ready Leasings Private Limited
- RBI Registration: NBFC, Reg. No. ******0028
- CIN: *****************0699
2. Words we use
- Lending Partner means a bank or non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India that lends through the Platform, currently Ready Leasings Private Limited.
- Loan means credit sanctioned to you by a Lending Partner under a Loan Agreement.
- Loan Agreement means the agreement you sign with the Lending Partner for a Loan, including the sanction letter.
- Key Fact Statement (KFS) means the standard summary of your Loan’s amount, tenure, interest, fees, APR and repayment schedule that you receive before you accept a Loan.
3. What SUVRON Money is, and isn’t
SUVRON Money is a digital lending platform. We act as a lending service provider for our Lending Partner: we let you apply through the app, verify your details, assess your application using our technology, and help service your Loan.
We don’t lend money ourselves. Every Loan is sanctioned, disbursed and owned by the Lending Partner, which makes the final decision on whether to lend, how much, and on what terms. Your Loan is a contract between you and the Lending Partner, governed by your Loan Agreement and KFS.
If anything in your Loan Agreement or KFS conflicts with these Terms, the Loan Agreement and KFS apply to that Loan.
We don’t give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Information on the Platform, including our calculators and blog, is general information to help you decide for yourself.
4. Who can use SUVRON Money
To use the Platform you must:
- be at least 18 years old, and within the age range our Lending Partner accepts (currently 18 to 35);
- be a resident of India with a valid PAN, Aadhaar, and an active bank account in your own name;
- be legally able to enter into a binding contract; and
- complete KYC verification as required by the RBI.
Meeting these requirements doesn’t guarantee a Loan. Our Lending Partner can decline any application, including from someone who has borrowed through us before.
5. Your account
- You can hold one account, in your own name. You can’t open an account for someone else, or transfer or sell your account.
- The information you give us must be true, complete and up to date. Tell us promptly if it changes.
- Keep your phone, OTPs and login details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens through your account, so tell us straight away at support@suvron.in if you think someone else has accessed it.
- If we reasonably believe information you’ve given us is false or misleading, or we can’t verify your identity against your mobile number and documents, we may pause or close your account.
6. What we offer
Loan size: ₹2,000 to ₹50,000.
Tenure: 30 to 180 days.
Interest & charges: interest from 10% to 36% a year; the APR, including interest and all fees, from 10% to 120%, depending on amount, tenure and your credit assessment. Your exact figures are in your KFS and Loan Agreement before you accept.
Loans are unsecured, fully digital, and repaid within a fixed tenure. They’re meant for short-term needs. Borrow only what you can repay.
7. How a loan works
- Apply: sign in with an Aadhaar-linked mobile OTP, verify your PAN and complete KYC.
- Assessment: we and our Lending Partner assess your application, including a credit bureau check and the information described in our privacy policy.
- Offer: if approved, you see your offer with its KFS. Nothing is final until you accept it and sign the Loan Agreement electronically.
- Disbursement: the Lending Partner pays the Loan directly into your verified bank account.
- Repayment: you repay the Lending Partner on the dates in your KFS, through the methods shown in the app.
8. Changing your mind: the cooling-off period
After your Loan is disbursed, you have a cooling-off period to exit it. During this period you can cancel the Loan by repaying the principal and the proportionate APR for the days you held it, with no penalty. The length of the period is set by our Lending Partner, is at least 3 days, and is stated in your KFS. To use it, contact us at support@suvron.in or through the app.
After the cooling-off period ends, the Loan runs to its tenure under your Loan Agreement, including any terms it sets for repaying early.
9. Repayments and late payments
- Repay in full and on time. We’ll send reminders before each due date, but missing a reminder doesn’t change what’s due.
- If you pay late, the Lending Partner may apply penal charges. These are disclosed in your KFS and Loan Agreement. They’re a fixed charge, not added to your interest rate, and not compounded.
- Your repayment history is reported to credit information companies, as the law requires. Paying late can lower your credit score and make future borrowing harder.
- If you’re struggling to repay, tell us early. We’ll explain your options.
10. How we collect overdue payments
Collections follow the RBI’s Fair Practices Code and its rules on recovery. That means:
- reminders by SMS, email, WhatsApp, app notification and phone, from the first missed payment;
- if a recovery agent is involved, you’ll be told in advance who they are, and they must identify themselves and carry authorisation;
- calls only at reasonable hours, and no threats, abuse, intimidation, or contact with your friends, family or employer about your debt; and
- you can complain about any collection contact through our grievance redressal process.
11. What you can’t do
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or apply using someone else’s identity or documents;
- hack, probe or attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, our systems, or other users’ data;
- copy, reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the app or website, except where the law allows it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access, collect data from, or index the Platform;
- upload viruses or harmful code, or overload, disrupt or attack the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks;
- get around any security feature, or use the Platform in any way not intended for it; or
- resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the Platform available to anyone else.
Breaking these rules may lead us to close your account and, where the law requires it, report the matter to the authorities.
12. Messages from us
By creating an account, you agree that we and our Lending Partner can contact you by SMS, email, WhatsApp, app notification and phone about your application and Loan. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. We follow TRAI’s rules on commercial communication. You’re responsible for any data or messaging charges from your mobile operator.
13. Referral programme
If you refer friends, you may earn rewards (currently up to ₹100 per friend who takes their first Loan). Rewards are subject to the programme rules shown in the app, which we may change or end. We may withhold or reverse rewards earned through fake accounts, self-referrals or any other abuse.
14. Your data
How we collect, use, share and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, are set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Intellectual property
The SUVRON Money name, logo, app, website, designs, text and software belong to Shantilekh Global Technology Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and website for their intended purpose. You can’t copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission. Other names and logos on the Platform belong to their owners.
16. Third-party services
The Platform links to or works with services we don’t control, such as app stores, banks, payment providers, and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Google. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content or how they work.
17. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the Platform available, accurate and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device, network or location. The Platform is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can’t legally be excluded.
18. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network outages or failures of third-party services. Decisions on your Loan are made by the Lending Partner under your Loan Agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for our own negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t let us exclude.
19. Your responsibility
If you break these Terms or the law while using the Platform, and that causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to make good that loss, including reasonable legal costs.
20. Closing your account
- You can stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@suvron.in. If you have a Loan outstanding, you still need to repay it under your Loan Agreement.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we’re required to by law or a regulator, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.
- Closing an account doesn’t cancel a Loan or anything else already owed, and the parts of these Terms meant to continue (such as sections 9, 10, 15, 18 and 19) keep applying.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our service or the law changes. For significant changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Platform after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. Changes never alter the terms of a Loan you’ve already taken; those stay as set out in your Loan Agreement and KFS.
22. Notices
We’ll send notices to you in the app, or to the email address or mobile number on your account. Keep them up to date. You can send notices to us at contact@suvron.in.
23. Complaints
If something goes wrong, start with support@suvron.in. If you’re not satisfied, escalate to our Grievance Redressal Officer, Ms. Ekta G, at gro@suvron.in or 9971373543. If your complaint isn’t resolved within 30 days, you can approach the Reserve Bank of India through its Complaint Management System. The full process and timelines are on our grievance redressal page.
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the complaint process above, any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
25. General
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and that part is replaced by the enforceable provision closest to its intent.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
- These Terms don’t give rights to anyone other than you and us.
- These Terms, our privacy policy, and your Loan Agreement and KFS are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.
