This policy explains how Shantilekh Global Technology Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Suvron, collects, uses, stores and protects your information. Using the app means you're agreeing to what's described here.
Basic details like your name and contact information, along with Aadhaar, PAN and financial data needed to assess a loan application. We also collect more sensitive information where it's relevant to underwriting: your credit score, bank statements, SMS metadata, and mobile number. None of this is collected without your explicit consent first.
Loan processing is the main reason we ask for anything: underwriting, risk assessment, and working out the APR you're offered. The same data supports the rest of the loan lifecycle too, from KYC through sanction, disbursement, repayment and collections. Our underwriting models also use this information, alongside behavioral and financial patterns, to make lending decisions.
We retain data only as long as regulation or normal operations require, not indefinitely. Some information is shared with our NBFC partners, since they're the ones funding and approving the loan, and that sharing is covered under the same DPDP-compliant security standards we hold ourselves to, including encryption.
If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can stop using Suvron at any time. Any changes we make to this policy will be reflected on the website and in the app, not buried in a changelog you'd never find. For questions or to raise a concern, write to connect@suvron.com.
This policy operates under the RBI's Fair Practices Code, the DPDP Act, and the RBI's CEPC framework for grievance redressal.
